Key Account Manager / Project Manager

Responsibilities

1. Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
2. Resolving key client issues and complaints
3. Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
4. Anticipating key account changes and improvements
5. Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
6. Managing account team assigned to each client
7. Strategic planning to improve client results
8. Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
9. Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
10. Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments
11. dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met
12. Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
13. Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
14. Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
15. Analysing client data to provide customer relationship management
16. Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients

Requirements and Qualifications

1. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
2. Goal-oriented, organized team player
3. Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
4. Self-motivated and self-directed
5. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
6. In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
7. Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
8. Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
9. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred
10. Four to five years’ previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
12. Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the
13. Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
14. Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
15. Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
16. Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting
