As one of India’s most trusted comfortwear brands, Jockey faced complex operational hurdles that were slowing growth and limiting digital scalability. Their legacy custom-built system struggled with:

We executed an end-to-end e-commerce transformation combining platform migration, UX enhancement, system integrations, and automation.

  • Shopify Plus Migration: Moved from a rigid legacy system to a scalable, secure, and fast Shopify Plus setup.
  • Advanced System Integrations: Integrated CRM (Kapture), ERP, custom payment gateways, employee discounts, loyalty programs, Magicpin vouchers, and Shopify apps.
  • Omnichannel Order Routing: Set up ClickPost-powered routing between Bengaluru & Gurugram warehouses with real-time serviceability checks.
  • Data Migration & SEO Preservation: Migrated vast product catalogs, historical orders, and SEO data without loss or downtime.
  • User Experience Enhancements: Introduced responsive design, bra size calculator, ROAS-based product display, and faster checkout flows.
  • Automated Customer Communication: Enabled WhatsApp/SMS notifications using Gupshup APIs for orders, shipping, refunds, and abandoned carts.
