Vivek Raina: The family & I are doing well. We are nearly at the end of the pandemic now and looking to get back to the normal lives we were used to before.
Vivek Raina: I joined the company a few years back. I have been an integral part of the leadership here ever since and enjoy what I do every day. I have a diverse background in tech, SaaS, and the Banking space. It is a rare combo, many would say. It has been a rollercoaster, but I’m happy where I am at the moment.
Vivek Raina: We use different marketing tactics. It is a combination of organic traffic through SEO, planned reach outs through email campaigns, Advertising on platforms like search engines, LinkedIn, etc. That, combined with a lot of referrals we get through our existing clients, does the trick for us.
Vivek Raina: It affected us severely. But we are nearing the end now. We had to re-calibrate into a work from home culture and ensure there were no efficiency drops. I had to pacify clients who were hesitant due to the way the market was behaving and the uncertainty we were living in. But it’s all good now!
Vivek Raina: HubSpot, Marketo, LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo, Analytics, etc., are some of the tools we are using.
Vivek Raina: We are our own competition. We don’t look at others. We just look at ourselves and try and improve every day. We at the helm believe in the principles and have embedded them in the entire organization. Our plan is simple, do quality work and keep your employees happy and they will keep your clients happy.
Vivek Raina: A sense of contentment is in our minds nowadays, and we don’t let ourselves become too adamant about new projects.
